The successful applicant will:

Have proven experience and ability in the Banking Industry, in particular Home and Investment Lending transactions, from application to settlement.

The successful applicant will bring to the position a commitment to customer experience and will need to demonstrate the ability to work towards individual performance and compliance measures.

Key duties will include:

  • Provide assistance and solutions to clients applying Lending Products.
  • Assess and recommend for approval loan applications.
  • Follow up of Loan Applications and assist clients with documentation.
  • Complete all loans processing in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Recommend supporting Auswide Bank products, which include Bank Accounts, Credit Cards and Personal Insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of South Queensland.
  • To work as an efficient team member, participate in problem solving initiatives and innovation to enhance the organisation's capabilities.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and to continually strive to exceed Auswide Bank's expected exceptional service standards.
  • To strive to complete assigned tasks and duties accurately, completely and by designated deadlines.
  • To work co-operatively with other personnel, your local Branch team(s) and external partners to achieve the company's objectives, assigned tasks and duties.
