The Role available:

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the successful applicant will build and support the Bank’s workforce through coordinating a comprehensive development program across a wide range of learning and capability objectives via learning pathways including compliance, soft and technical skills and people development initiatives.

You may also be required to support the Bank’s people on a range of Human Resources policies, procedures, systems and issues consistent with the Bank’s People & Property strategic plans, and its objectives and priorities.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong people skills, has a proven desire to become an outstanding facilitator and trainer. You should also be able to work as an efficient team member participating in problem solving initiatives and innovations to enhance the Bank’s capabilities.

In addition to the above, it is desirable that you will bring the following:

·         Front Line Branch Operations and Home and Personal lending experience.

·         Be able to conduct and facilitate (either in Bundaberg or at any other required location) Specialised Lending, Home Loan Lending, Personal Loan Lending, Branch Operations and Product & Services Training.

·         Develop and set training timetables to ensure all staff are successfully trained within the appropriate timeframes.

·         Attend to the collating and preparation of training materials for all training sessions.

·         Develop and maintain the Learning Pathways across the Bank.

·         Assist with the evaluation and development of eLearning courses in-line with regulatory requirements, procedural updates and process improvements.

·         Be responsible for the building, implementation and delivery (including face-to-face facilitation) of internal learning initiatives for staff.

·         In conjunction with other staff members’ of the People & Property team provide advice to staff and management on the interpretation of HR policies, procedures, guidelines and employee relations issues.
