This position will be a Part-Time Permanent role.

As a Lending Services Officer your role will be to provide superior service and support to all internal and external customers in every instance. Ensure all allocated tasks are completed accurately in a timely, efficient manner whilst complying with all Auswide Banks policies and procedures.

Your duties will be amongst, but not limited to the following:

·         Package Maintenance

·         Direct Debit Rejections

·         Child Support Letters

·         Interest Adjustments

·         Conversions

·         Credit Limit Adjustments

·         Roll Offs

·         Interest Only

·         Fixes

·         Switches

·         Restructures

·         Due Date Changes

·         Change of Loan Scheme

·         Ad Hoc Maintenance

·         Offset Fee Maintenance

·         Funding Letters 

General Duties
  • Enquiries

  • Client/Account Maintenance

  • Returned Mail

  • Adviser Enquiries

  • Loans Inbox

  • Back up across all Level 3 Positions

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and adhere to office procedures

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of the requirements under the Laws to which you operate, including but not limited to consumer credit law and real property law

  • Competently operate office equipment provided including computer programs such as Auswide Bank’s core banking system – ULTRACS, LendFast, Microsoft word, excel and any other computer programs required to successfully perform your duties

  • Answer complex customer and external service provider enquiries regarding Auswide Bank’s loan products and services.

  • Provide training and support to team members within Lending Services

  • To follow directions from Management, in particular the Chief Operating Officer, Support Services Heads of Department & Supervisors and Senior Business Analysts.
  • To work as an efficient team member, participate in problem solving initiatives and innovation to enhance the organisations capabilities
  • To provide exceptional customer service and to continually strive to exceed Auswide Bank expected exceptional service standards
  • To ensure all allocated duties are completed to Auswide Bank policy and procedures including privacy guidelines and any other applicable laws / legislation
  • To work efficiently to achieve assigned tasks and duties both accurately and to designated deadlines
  • Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
  • To work co-operatively with all staff and external partners to achieve the company's objectives, assigned tasks and duties
  • To protect the company’s reputation, image and commercial confidentiality
