Auswide Bank is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of LOS Lending Analyst in our Queen Street Corporate Office.


  • Resolve issues for Brokers/Broker Relationship Managers (BRMs) relating to application and credit structuring;
  • Handling phone calls from brokers /BRMs  regarding updates and information;
  • Ability to de-escalate conflict;
  • Manage your own work flow and the overall workflow of files moving through the LOS process including monitoring processers and internal /external stakeholder workflow of mortgage applications;
  • Processing loan applications whilst adhering to the Banks Credit Policy.
  • Validating and uploading of supporting documents
  • Complete income, employment verification, credit checks, order valuations and review
  • Data entry to a high standard and attention to detail
  • Ensure loan files are processed by you with due diligence and care before forwarding to Credit.
  • Submission of Applications to Lenders Mortgage Insurers (LMI)
  • Applying strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Updating and maintaining client records
  • The ability to continually update LOS Workflow Manager and manage workflow pressures
  • High level of service and attention to detail, including but not limited to: -
    • Tracking all inward files and monitoring progress of files within LOS workflow system
    • Inputs and data quality of LOS workflow
  • Handle credit structuring and scenario queries from our Broker and Sales channel.
  • Rework applications with Credit that requires new structuring and liaise with Broker to meet desired outcome.
  • Other duties as may be required from time to time by Auswide Bank. 


  • To follow directions from immediate supervisor, the Head of Loan Origination Services and the Chief Operating Officer.
  • To work as an efficient team member, participate in problem solving initiatives and innovation to enhance the organisations capabilities
  • Meet the LOS business units SLA's and business KPI's
  • To provide exceptional customer service and to continually strive to exceed Auswide Bank's expected exceptional service standards
  • To ensure all allocated duties are completed to Auswide Bank's policy and procedures including privacy guidelines and any other applicable laws / legislation
  • To protect the company's reputation, image and commercial confidentiality
  • To complete any assigned training
  • To meet all physical & data security and privacy obligations including the confidentiality of passwords and other security measures
  • To be an active participant in all activities.
