The successful applicant will:

Have proven experience and ability to build and grow a portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on medical professionals in line with one of the Customer Teams strategic goals.

The successful applicant will bring to the position a commitment to customer service and will need to demonstrate the ability to work towards individual performance and compliance measures.

Key duties will include:

  • Increase the flow of home loans from High Net Worth customers to achieve Auswide Bank home loan growth and meet/exceed customer outcomes.
  • Utilise knowledge of the Brisbane and Queensland professional markets to establish and implement strategies to achieve growth of the portfolio.
  • Maximise business revenue by implementing customer outcome strategies and driving an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of lending procedures and credit policy to provide professional lending solutions to our customers.
  • Assess and recommend loan applications for approval.

  • Model the professionalism required of a Relationship Manager.
  • To work efficiently to achieve assigned tasks and duties in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To protect the company’s reputation, image and commercial confidentiality.
  • To ensure all allocated duties are completed to Auswide bank’s policy and procedures including any other applicable laws / legislation.
  • To work co-operatively with other stakeholders and high value customers to achieve the company’s objectives.
