Auswide Bank is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the role of Branch Team Leader in Bundaberg.

  • Lead an enthusiastic branch team in Bundaberg
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch team to achieve the Bank’s customer service and sales strategic goals.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Branches, the Branch Team Leader is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service through the daily management of a team of employees who contribute to the banks Customer Team strategy. This role is a key leadership role, the successful candidate will manage the daily operation of the branch including the coaching, training and implementation of staff development plans.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful applicant must have:

  • Proven experience of leading a service driven team within the financial services sector with experience in managing through periods of change - Desired
  • 3+ years’ experience in a leaders role with strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Crucial
