    The Auswide Bank Contact Centre is currently in the process of transforming, changing and growing our digital offering. 

    The Contact Centre is customer driven and demonstrates this through the ‘power of small’ and placing our customers at the centre of everything we do. Our Contact Centre is crucial in ensuring we achieve our key strategic initiatives in successfully supporting both our Queensland & interstate customers.

    The Role

    Reporting through to the Team Leader, Lending & Retention you will be the point of contact for customers interacting with Auswide Bank via the phone and email through the contact centre in relation to new and existing home lending. 

    This is a customer focused role in a high performing team providing superior service and support to existing and potential Auswide Bank customers in a Contact Centre environment.

    • Analytical Skills -- The ability to visualise, articulate and solve problems. 

      Skills & Experience Required

      The successful applicant must have:

    • 3+ years’ experience in a lending role with strong credit and interpersonal skills

    • Experience in managing both new lending opportunities whilst demonstrating the ability to retain existing lending customers..

    Additional skills required:

    • Model the professionalism required of an Auswide Bank staff member.

    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and contribute to a growing and changing service operation.

    • To enhance the quality of customer interactions, ensuring quality assurance, compliance, regulatory and legal obligations are met across all interactions.

    • To work in conjunction with other contact centre consultants to achieve the company's objectives 

    • To be an innovative thinker with commercial aptitude to contribute to ideas.

    • To work in conjunction with other stakeholders to achieve the company's objectives
