Auswide Bank is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the role of Business Improvement Specialist.

The objective of the Business Improvement Specialist is to review, document and improve processes and Nintex workflow solutions within the Support Services Department at Auswide Bank.

Key accountabilities:

·         Deliver a program of improvement initiatives with measurable benefits within the Support Services team.

·         Act as a role model of continuous improvement values, principles, and techniques.

·         Supporting the Support Services team to drive innovative thinking and deliver quantifiable effort save across end-to-end processes.

·         Assist with capability development, coaching, facilitation as required.

·         Timely and appropriate governance and risk management regarding program of work including the production of supporting scoping, mapping, process creation via Nintex Promapp and risk assessment documentation for new and existing solutions.

·         Adaptable to key stakeholder priorities, constraint timetables and availability while maintaining delivery outcomes.

What we're looking for:

·         Lean Six Sigma certification with at least 2 years demonstrated implementation experience.

·         University degree in Business or related discipline would be looked upon favourably.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Advanced Excel skills

·         Ability to question current state, apply Lean principles, weigh relevance of information, understand interdependencies, evaluate alternative perspectives/ solutions, and drive the implementation of improved end to end processes.

·         Identification of problems and the ability to build and develop strategies for achieving best outcomes.

·         Timely and appropriate governance and risk management regarding program of work, and effective communication to Stakeholders.

·         Intermediate to Advanced understanding and experience of workflow and automation tools and systems. (e.g. Nintex, Promapp, UIPath), preferable.
